Associate Professor Tait specialises in interdisciplinary research on justice environments. He leads several large research projects which involve researchers and practioners from seven discipline areas.

This paper demonstrates that the way peer review is operationalised determines which selection factors are prioritized by panel members and consequently, that the selection model affects the development of research.
